Some materials, such as PTFE and FEP, can be difficult to handle. WireMasters can chemically etch your cable with a sodium solution that creates a rougher surface for reduced slippage, a more bondable surface, and easier processing through cutting equipment.
Ink Printing
Your wire can be marked with alphanumeric text, serial numbers, symbols, patterns, and bar codes. Depending on the size of the wire, the printers can print multiple lines of text or even Data Matrix codes, simple graphics, and logos.
Wire Striping
Identify your materials easily by striping wires up to 8 gauge with one or multiple stripes on material such as PTFE, PVC, XLPE, and nylon jacketed materials like THHN wire.
Wire Twisting
Enhance your installation process by letting WireMasters twist your single or multi-conductor wires. With our industry-leading equipment, we can twist up to 18 legs on wire gauges up to 8 AWG.
